• Composite beams and deck reinforced slabs, partial composite action
• Torsion in beams
• Axial behavior
  • Basic theory, slender columns, biaxial bending
• Wall design
  • Bearing walls and shear walls
• Design of slabs
  • Brief review of one-way slabs, two-way edge supported slabs, two-way flatplates and flat slabs, direct design method, equivalent frame method, yield-line theory, strip method, shear design in slabs.
• Ground supported slabs
• Footings, foundations, and retaining walls

Grade Weighting:
